The process of psychotherapy will be different because each person has different personalities, issues, and goals. We will create a treatment plan together. Most important is that you are open and willing to explore your challenges, and that you are open to the techniques and approaches that may begin to shift them. Therefore, your active participation will be essential to the process.

Unfortunately, this is not an easy question to answer. Everyone’s circumstances are unique; therefore, the process will vary from person to person and depends on a multitude of factors.

Yes, I offer a free 15 mins consultation where we can speak over the phone to answer questions you might have to determine if we’ll be a good fit.  

Absolutely. You are free to stop whenever you want and for whatever the reason. There are no obligations to continue if the therapy is not conducing to you.
