Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend a session, you will have to notify my office at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the entire session.

Insurance coverage

Psychotherapy services are not covered by the provincial health plan. However, they can be covered by most private health insurance. It is important to confirm the details of your coverage with your specific plan prior to your first appointment to see if you have coverage for psychotherapy services.

Some other questions for your insurance plan:

• What is the amount limit of my coverage for the year?
• Do I have a deductible?

You will be provided a receipt with the necessary information to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Someone under the age of 25 may be covered under the private health plan of their parent or guardian.
